✎︎How I got here
I studied Computer Science, which sounds like an odd path into design — but it’s exactly why I design the way I do. I learned to think in systems before I learned to think in interfaces. When I moved into UX, that habit stuck: I don’t just design what something looks like, I design how it works underneath.
⌘︎How I work
I care about two things equally: getting the research right, and making the design feel obvious in hindsight. Complex enterprise workflows — a dozen edge cases, three stakeholder teams, no clean answer — are where I do my best work. Lately, I’ve been designing alongside AI tools like Claude Code and Codex too, using them to build the products, not just design them.
✳︎Outside the screen
When I’m not designing, I’m usually on a wall, on a trail, or several hundred pages into the Poppy War trilogy.
